GEAR (Gaining Excellence through Aerospace Resources) is a comprehensive resource program that provides educators with the resources necessary to implement VBS programs.  GEAR is specially tailored to fit each classroom and its unique challenges.

GEAR Kits provide instruction resources designed to support StarQuest and FlightQuest learning units, activities, and projects.  GEAR also maintains a speakers’ bureau of aerospace professionals and presenters that are willing to visit classrooms.  The GEAR website is designed to provide additional support to the educator.  From this website educators request kits, speakers, and access a help desk.
